Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 2 medium carrots (chopped into 2’’- long segments)

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein

  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if your protein powder isn’t very sweet, you might want to replace with some frozen banana)

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • dash of nutmeg & cardamom 

Method

  1. Add almond milk and carrots into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  4. Use additional almond milk, ice, or frozen bananas to achieve desired consistency and sweetness.

  5. To serve: top with your favorite granola, nut, or see for extra crunch.

  6. Enjoy!
