Meet Lily
Lily’s passion for nutrition began long before she became a registered dietitian—rooted in a lifelong love of science, food, and sports. A former Division I swimmer at Princeton University, Lily experienced firsthand how powerful (and confusing) nutrition can be, both for athletic performance and long-term health. That curiosity eventually led her to earn a master’s degree at the University of Southern California in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity and build a career at the intersection of evidence-based nutrition, culinary creativity, and real life.
Today, Lily works with individuals who feel overwhelmed by food advice and are ready for a more grounded, sustainable approach to eating. Drawing from her experience in sports nutrition, eating disorder treatment, and longevity-focused care, she helps clients move away from rigid food rules and toward nourishment that supports their bodies, goals, and lifestyles.
Through a personalized, holistic approach, Lily empowers clients to reconnect with their hunger cues, build confidence in the kitchen, and use food as a tool for both performance and long-term well-being.
No matter your life-stage her philosophy remains the same: nutrition should enhance your life—not control it. She believes in science-backed fueling, seasonal produce, and honoring cultural and personal food preferences. Because yes— vegetables have their place… and so does a cheeseburger paired with a Vivienne salad!
