Matcha Colada Smoothie
Serving size: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
2 large handfuls frozen fresh spinach
large handful fresh mint
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp matcha powder
squeeze of fresh lime juice
Method
Pour coconut milk, spinach, and chia seeds in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add in remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Add additional coconut milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
