Matcha Colada Smoothie

Serving size: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 2 large handfuls frozen fresh spinach

  • large handful fresh mint

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • squeeze of fresh lime juice

Method

  1. Pour coconut milk, spinach, and chia seeds in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients.

  4. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

  5. Add additional coconut milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.

  6. Enjoy!
