Blood Orange Beet Smoothie

Serving size: 1 smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange

  • 1 small beet, peeled

  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower 

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1/2 cup ice

Method

  1. Throw orange, beet, riced cauliflower, and coconut water in a blended.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add in chia seeds, protein powder, and a handful of ice.

  4. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
