Blood Orange Beet Smoothie
Serving size: 1 smoothie
Ingredients
1 blood orange
1 small beet, peeled
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup ice
Method
Throw orange, beet, riced cauliflower, and coconut water in a blended.
Blend until smooth.
Add in chia seeds, protein powder, and a handful of ice.
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
